This is a stable and critical role where you will be valued and respected for your experience and skills!
Minimum requirements:
- At least 3 years of water and mold mitigation experience
- 2 or more years in a leadership role
- WRT/ASD and AMRT certifications preferred but not required
- Comprehensive understanding of Xactimate
- Can thoroughly read and create estimates independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Time management and prioritization
- Teamwork oriented
- Effective stress management
Responsibilities:
- Develop, train and mentor technicians and project managers
- Management of water/mold mitigation projects from start to finish
- Creation of estimates in Xactimate
- Oversight of technicians and sub-contractors on all projects
- Regular client and adjuster communication
- Participation in weekly production meetings
- Participation in on-call rotation for emergency response
- Monitor and audit DASH files
- Participate in monthly 1:1’s and annual evaluations
- Must have valid driver license
